My radio journey into broadcasting began over fifty years ago in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I served as the public address announcer and social events DJ at West Division High School. After graduation, I pursued my passion by studying at the Career Academy of Broadcasting and Northeast Louisiana University as a broadcast major.
Most of my professional career has been rooted in North Louisiana, where I’ve held multiple roles, including general manager, program director, and music director, across several respected radio stations. My dedication to the craft has helped shape the sound and spirit of urban radio in the region.
At age 50, I felt a calling to deepen my spiritual foundation. I went back to school and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from Greenwood Acres Christian College in Shreveport, Louisiana, graduating in 2008.
On April 17, 2016, I founded WPLDradio.LIVE, an online radio station designed to deliver great music and uplifting content. I'm proud to host The Burnt Toast & Coffee Morning Show, airing Monday through Friday from 5 to 9 AM CST—your daily breakfast soundtrack.
In addition to hosting, I offer high-quality voiceover and production services with fast turnaround and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Whether it’s radio, commercials, or narration, I aim to bring your project to life.
This isn’t just work for me—it’s service. I’m here to serve you and become the voice of your next project. I live by the adage: “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.”
Whether you need a powerful voice for your next project or want to connect about radio production, I'm here to help. Let’s create something unforgettable.
